David and Victoria Beckham, the iconic couple known for their success in football, music, and fashion, have amassed an imposing global property empire. The Beckhams have invested heavily in real estate, with homes all over the world. Their portfolio of real estate is estimated to be worth £73 million ($88.5 million). From their luxurious London townhouse to their floating yacht escape, the Beckhams' homes are a testament to their success.

In 2013, David and Victoria Beckham purchased a seven-bedroom townhouse in the exclusive area of Holland Park, London, for £31 million ($37.6 million). They spent an estimated £8 million ($9.7 million) renovating the property, and the results are stunning. The couple and their children have shared photos of the home on social media, showcasing its incredible entrance, grand staircase, and impressive kitchen. In December 2016, the Beckhams invested in a £6.15 million ($7.46 million) farmhouse in the Cotswolds. Similar to their London home, the couple spent a significant amount of money renovating and upgrading the property. The couple's Cotswolds home is a true oasis, with an outdoor swimming pool, football pitch, traditional Estonian sauna, and hot tub for the family to enjoy. The Beckhams have spared no expense creating a luxurious and inviting home for their family.

The Beckhams also own another property in Dubai, a villa in Palm Jumeirah, which they purchased in 2002 for £1.3 million ($1.58 million). By 2008, the villa's value was estimated to have risen to £8 million ($9.7 million).

The family splurged on the 93.5-foot vessel for £5 million ($6 million) in 2021, named Seven in homage to Beckham's football career and the number he wore on his shirts for Manchester United and England. He has provided another luxurious base for David, Victoria, and their family. The yacht was particularly useful in April 2022, when Beckham's eldest son, Brooklyn, married Nicola Peltz in Miami. Seven provided a comfortable and stylish place for the family to relax and celebrate before and after the wedding. The yacht features five cabins that can accommodate up to ten guests and a crew of seven. It also has a spacious salon, dining area, and sundeck
