Nick & Priyanka Jonas Set Their Sights on Luxe Sportswear

The ultimate power couple, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas, have taken yet another step in their venture towards a world takeover. Stepping into a whole new world, the duo has invested in the fashion industry for the first time, choosing the luxury sportswear brand, Perfect Moment as their partner. After wearing the brand for years and being highly impressed by the quality of the products, the pair decided to make things official, committing to helping them expand globally...

Perfect Moment was established in 1979, targeted at the 'extreme sports racer.' That being said, it went on to become a luxury sportswear brand, iconically synonymous with luxury winter fashion. With the recent demand for fashionable yet practical ski and surf clothing, Perfect Moment rose to the forefront. In 2010, the company was taken over by Jane and Max Gottschalk, who effectively immersed the brand into the high fashion markets.

Explaining their decision to invest, Nick and Priyanka passionately discussed their connection to the brand. "When I grew up in India, I wasn't exposed to ski culture, and I didn't understand what that culture was like. Nick and I both loved mountain culture, but I didn't ski until I met him. I really enjoyed the clothing more than actual skiing. I indulged in a lot of skiwear, and most of those items were Perfect Moment," Priyanka explained. For her, the brand perfectly combines style, high performance, and comfort. Agreeing, Nick continued, "Perfect Moment hits the mark on how style and performance go hand-in-hand. This is my first choice, and in our role, we feel other ski and surf enthusiasts worldwide will appreciate the fashion and function of this brand."

On the other side of the deal, Jane Gottschalk shared the company's delight at having the couple on board. "Having Priyanka and Nick as investors was a no-brainer as we grow the brand to expand into new markets like the Middle East and Asia. We are really excited to be able to collaborate with them on their entrepreneurial and creative expertise while we reach new audiences." She explained that they're hoping to apply Nick's knowledge and refocus on Perfect Moment's menswear line, which has been put on the backburner for quite some time. With Jonas's powerful influence and the company's plans to operate in new markets and retailers, it's just a matter of time until Perfect Moment is the brand of the moment. Stay tuned.
