During the retreat, guests will practice cathartic mindful movement within the Eternal City’s historic surroundings to foster a re-connection, restoration, and a deep sense of belonging. The ‘Infinite-Self’ state of release frees us from the bonds of illusion, false understanding, and unessential attachments. The sensory-rich journey includes two nights in a Six Senses Rome Classic Room, daily breakfast, daily Sanctum classes, heritage mindful walk, Earth Lab Bee Wax Wrap Workshop, 2-hour Roman Baths access, 60-minute full-body massage, one communal dinner, and one communal lunch. Rates start at EUR 1,990 per person double occupancy. These destinations offer an opportunity for travelers to restore, relax, and explore new cultures and cuisines this summer.
